Hmm...it wasn't until I started blogging that I realized how much I wear polka dots, bows, and stripes.  However, I'm not convinced that it's a bad thing to wear a lot of :-)

Polka Navy Bows

Today was a sad day.  I ate the last of the little pistachio macarons my mom brought back for me from South Carolina.  I fell in love with those lil treats two years ago when my husband and I went to Paris for our honeymoon.  

I tried to make them twice when I got back from the honeymoon and, unfortunately, failed twice.  They are surprisingly really hard to make!  I guess the Hubby will have to take me back to Paris soon so I can get some more macarons from Laduree... ;-)
