I'm down to my last pair of black shoes that fit and, shock, they're hideous. I seriously thought I was going to prance around my heels throughout my pregnancy and, now, all I can dream about is walking around barefoot. I think the topic I've talked about most about in my pregnancy is my swollen feet and lack of shoes. I honestly did not want to spend money on shoes since I'm hoping that my feet go back to normal. In the meantime, I'll be sporting these clunkers on my feet until I'm on maternity leave and can fulfill my dream of walking around barefoot during the daytime. Dreaming big, all the time.

You are too funny Maria! Those shoes don't look bad at all. They look adorable!! My feet grew a 1/2 size and never went back down.

You look so happy congrats.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry; worst case scenario it's a new shoe wardrobe :) My feet swelled with both kids and both times went back down. After I had my son, my husband came home from work one day to find me sitting on the couch wearing sweatpants and high heels. I was so excited to get them back on! With my daughter I wore seriously one pair of shoes for approximately half my pregnancy; those got thrown out to say the least :)
ReplyDeleteWell I love them! You look so pretty Maria!
