It was a gloomy and rainy weekend but I'm ready to welcome the breezy, sunny Spring weather. I'm not sure how "Springy" my wardrobe will be this season because I'm not buying much of anything these days and my old clothes no longer fit. I did break my shopping ban on Thursday by purchasing the sandals I'm wearing in these pictures at Target.
Since I only do my pregnancy updates once a month, I didn't want to forget that on Friday I started feeling distinct kicks! Since then, he's been kicking up a storm. I don't mind because I think it's adorable and I love that my husband can now feel the baby kick. If you follow me on instagram, you probably already saw that I did some more damage baby clothes shopping for Lucas on Saturday. Every one tells me to not buy too much because babies grow so quickly, but it's so hard not to!
On an annoying note, I don't use word verification on my comments because they can be annoying; however, the other day I received 20 "Anonymous" spammer comments within the span of 5 minutes. Does anyone know of another way to block out these spammers without word verification?
Adorable sandals! I think you can never have too much baby clothes - they spit up all the time. I took away the anonymous comment as feature and that did the trick. Those spams drive me nuts.

I know it's such a shame babies grow so fast. I've thrifted the cutest and practically brand new baby/toddler clothes for friends' little ones. My favorite find was an adorable little J. Crew sweater. Just wash in gentle detergent and they are good to go. I'm imagining what probably happened was that other people spent a lot of money and had to donate all those cute clothes because their babies grew up so fast. Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm worried that I won't be able to put him in all the clothes we have for him so far :-/ lol
DeleteI saw your instagram about these shoes and I want them! I was just in Target and bought sandals but they didn't have these. :(
ReplyDeleteMaria I had the same spam problem. Don't allow anonymous comments on your settings. Someone just redesigned my blog and told me that should work. Hopefully that helps and u look so cute.

I've been receiving weird anonymous spammer comments too, not sure how to fix it! Thankfully most of them come up one one of my posts from like 2 years ago so I don't bother doing anything about it
ReplyDeleteYo look so cute, love the coral pants!
ReplyDeleteLove the sandals! So cute!
ReplyDeleteI hate word verification too, but just turned mine on because the same thing was happening to me! I would get a ton of comments a day, but only from spammers ;( If you figure out a way to fix this too, please let me know!
You look so cute with your little bump! The kicks are so exciting, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your guest post last week!!
ReplyDeleteIf you learn a new trick to avoid word verification let me know! I briefly took the verification off but was overwhelmed by all the spam comments. :(
