Pep In My Step


I wore my DIY cap toe pumps this week in court.  I had two back to back hearings and on top of thinking about my cases, I couldn't help but worry that the white paint was going to peel off.  I just had this image of my case being called and as I'm walking up to take my place, the white paint completely falls off in front of the crowded court room.  Well, it didn't and they survived a long day at the office.  I threatened my hubby that after I finish painting the rest of my shoes, I'm going to cap toe paint his Nike's.  I'm thinking purple...he'd definitely hate purple.

    Peplum works for you, girl! I, on the other hand, can not rock peplum for the life of me - it is so unflattering! Love that color, too - perfect for fall!
