The past couple of weeks have been cray cray.  We went on a family vacation, the week we got back I had to kick it into high gear for the kids birthdays and birthday party, the next week I was busy and traveling for work, and now I'm getting things ready for Lucas starting Pre-K.  I'm pretty darn exhausted!  

But in more interesting news, how fun are these green sunglasses?!  I first saw these when I went to New York in April and didn't buy them thinking it wasn't something I needed.  Well, duh.  Of course I needed them!  It's such a fun color and I love that it adds some color to my black and white all the time uniform :-)

Night Out In Scalloped Espadrilles

That's right.  This girl went out..at night!  Over the weekend, my husband and I had a date night with some friends of ours which is always a great time seen as though these nights don't come easily with our busy schedules and kiddos.  I love our few date nights and getting to get dressed up somewhere else beside work!  And I have to sing the praises of these super comfortable espadrilles and...they're scalloped...and they're on sale...I mean...

Blue Henley Top

I love a good henley top that can be worn to work as well.  And it's hard to tell from the photos but I have a scalloped tank underneath that I just love.  Although I work in an environment that is not super casual, I much prefer to wear comfortable work clothes that a stiff suit that are at times required for what I do.  This top is such a nice material, looks professional, and was super comfortable!  I love it so much that I ordered it in another color.  I'm trying not to get carried away with sales lately since the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts soon!

Pink and Leopard

Rynetta recently posted a magenta, camel, and leopard print outfit on her Instagram account and I just loved the color combo so much.  This top has a peplum back detail that makes it very flowy and forgiving...which, I mean, is a must ;-)  I'm actually typing this post out in my car waiting for preschool doors to open so I apologize for the brevity!

What To Wear To Disney In the Summer

We live close to Disney World and end up at the parks every other weekend it seems.  The kids love it, we love, what we don't love...the weather.  Ladies and gents, it is hotter than a chicken's coop outside.  But we don't let something like the heat get in the way of our Disney fun!  

Back when we first got our annual passes and started going more frequently to Disney, I would wear just a random outfit.  One weekend, Lucas asked me where my Disney shirt was and that I should wear a Disney shirt.  Since then, I have fully embraced the Disney outfit - Minnie ears and ALL!  And honestly, it's just fun.  

High five to you ladies that can wear a full face of makeup and heels at the parks!  I require sneakers and comfy outfits.  In fact, I wear a sports bra almost every time I go.  

AND don't make fun of that Tinkerbell bag!  I have the Tinkerbell bag and the Ariel bag and they are seriously so adorable!  I also bring with me a diaper bag that I keep under the stroller but like to wear a crossbody to have things like my phone, Lucas's autograph book, and antibacterial soap and wipes readily on hand.

Seersucker Top

It's definitely not easy to take OOTD photos time and kiddo wise.  When I first started blogging, my husband and I would go to a location before we went into the office but those days are long gone.  I now take photos in the same spot and it is literally right before we get into our cars to go to work.  But whenever I have a huge smile on my face I know it's a picture that was taken with my husband holding the camera in one hand and Olivia on the other hip.  She's a scene stealer in every sense and will give me a huge smile which of course makes me have a goober grin on my face :-)

In other news, I LOVE this top!  I looked online and it looks like only the green is available but this one pops up periodically it seems.  I love the babydoll/poplin look and the seersucker pattern is adorable for this time of year!
